This helps buyers get peace of mind in knowing more about the home you want to buy, and still get offers in quickly and without hesitation. This can help buyers get the home they want, avoid the risk of no inspection at all, and Realtors can close that deal for your clients!
What’s in a Pre-Offer Inspection?
I will walk through with the buyers, if available, and do a visible inspection of all major systems of the home. This is 1 hour, compared to a 2-2.5 hour normal inspection. I’ll go through all major areas, as I would a full real estate home inspection, and point out potential issues that I see. I’m also there to answer questions buyers have about anything at all.
Many buyers are looking for a home for their family and their future. They’re not inspecting the roof, checking out all the plumbing, how it drains, what type of pipes are in the home, hot water heater, HVAC systems, making sure gutters are clear and draining away from the home and so many other little things that I have been trained to look for.
